„Art is not a reproduction of what is visible. It creates visible what is not always apparent.“ This line from Paul Klee encapsulates part of his poetry and is translated visually into the graffiti technique that the artist uses in the painting „Fish Magic“ of 1925.
The canvas is dark, an unformed backdrop; like before the creation and explosion of life which was the Big Bang: at the beginning, there was darkness. This darkness is the result from the unconscious. It is hidden under the facade of things and even of ourselves, difficult to detect and understand, which seems to be a real mystery. Being aware of our unconscious, just like the mysteries of life is a challenging, but not impossible job, a heroic challenge that many of us are not ready to face. Mirror or mirror on the wall, what are the pieces of my life?
Shining in the dark Klee's magic fish cannot claim to be real, they are only light that illuminates the darkness. They are inhabitants of the dark, and are creatures of the unconscious. The artist scratches into the surface of unconscious and the canvas, beneath which there are hidden and vivid characters, plants, colours forms and images. The meaning of this technical procedure is vital and salvific by revealing how, in the abyss of the sea and dark ignorance, there are small shimmering animals that stir the water and follow the currents. Fish are stories, desires and stories, flashes of ideas and dreams that emerge from the dark night. These are games that drown in the chaos of the world, they are colourful fantasy, childlike, and impulsive that consciously or unconsciously guide people's dreams and actions.
Rare and valuable fish Are these fishes true or not? Are they esoteric and exotic life forms?
The crux of these manifestations is that fish don't care to be believed; their existence is not
is determined by the external approval. We believe that we see and control every aspect of our lives, and that we have the full picture of things, but deep within the ocean, in the unconscious and the past centuries of life, lie essences and connections of which we are unaware: unseen fish as well as rare and precious creatures. You think you know every inch of who you are, but you don't realize that there is, within the most secret and inseparable part of you, a snail fish that is wags its tail and, even though it is relegated down to a space that is unaccessible by the intellect it lets out visceral thoughts and jelly. It is then easy to forget the distant vision that remained in as a child and encased in a bubblethat was nothing more than a aquarium of the fish. the dream lies there, a viper of a fish that turns and turns in the sphere, and then it shows its teeth. However, you can see the gleams of its formless reflections because you have pulled away the shutter, and the darkness has filled the room.
The ability to adjust the senses In the still and quiet but it's easier to perceive light, see motion, and hear rustling sounds It's just a matter of having to adapt your senses to the darkness. It takes a while and can be a bit annoying initially because you get the impression that you're blind. However, once you become familiar with it, you can really get through the darkness and even feed off it. Bubbles glisten, scales sparkle in transparent ways, but nothing really is transparent, but it all seems complete: an accurate image that you can scratch just a bit more so long as you're alive and decide we want to understand ourselves a bit more.
Watching them as they swim What should we do with the fish? Should we fish them and bring them up to the surface or xt_blog leave them to lie in the ocean floor? Isn't it crucial to preserve their wildness and uniqueness rather than forcing them into sunlit aquariums under the sun or use them as the primary meal during lunchtime logic. Because in their very nature, bizarre, ugly and irrational nature lies their strength and the key we can use to understand our own nature. The fish should be watched, allowing ourselves to be hypnotised by their regular and endless swimming. This is an act of meditation, a constant repetition that allows you to learn more about them at every moment. It is important to be aware of the flashes that flicker across the screen and quickly disappear since they are light sources that flash intermittently that momentarily illuminate our darkest parts. They are a means to see into the dark corners of our existence.
Ocean Currents The fish aren't stationary and move from me to you and vice versa. They have even found a collective flow that passes all of us and connects us all with common beliefs and thoughts. The fish are aware of you, but do not consider you a threat and do not need limits to define them. The dark is their home but they're not afraid of occasionally being fished out and having their essence shine through like a flash of lightning, like a eureka, like a ray of energy that travels up the spine and explodes in the brain. It's like the electric current that swims across the wires of light. The fish are like the fish that swim, bobbing, dancing in their flow, the immense ocean is their home , and they're not scared of the lack of walls or boundaries. It is in the sphericity of the world that they can experience the joy of being able to be present today, not in the future and being able to wander eternally, aware of the fact that in all times, they'll be able to return since in the oceans of the unconscious the journey is circular.
